Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) is an alternative admissions program designed for students who are economically and educationally disadvantaged, yet display the desire and potential to succeed in higher education. Only California residents are eligible for the program.
Gear Up – Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Program
GEAR UP works in partnership with educational and community institutions to provide students and families with one-on-one and group advising, academic and tutoring support, college and career exploration opportunities, skill-building workshops, enrichment programs college visits, and educational field trips.

Male Success Alliance (MSA)
The mission of MSA is to improve access, retention, and graduation rates of boys and men of color by providing academic support, professional development, and mentoring. The program aims to support the college and career success of boys and men of color by utilizing a holistic approach to promote brotherhood and community through cultural awareness and identity development.
Toro Guardian Scholars (TGS)
Toro Guardian Scholars, also known as TGS, at California State University, Dominguez Hills is dedicated to supporting college students that have transitioned from the foster care system. We provide a unique program that connects students to a wide range of services and resources that will guide them throughout their educational journey.
